    Meshuggah- Rational Gaze.. BIATCH!

- Video -

My girlfriend was sitting on my couch flipping through channels.... All of a suden I hear the unforgetable voice of sir Tomas Haake....

Insantly I do a tripple summersault backflip off my chair, handstand on my floor and do a quarter turn sideflip onto my couch, all while having the chance to grab the clicker, and put the volume on ear bleeding max.

This was on Uranium, muchmusic with sluttress Julia hosting. I remember seeing her at BBkings walking into the back looking for a pole to blow...

So anyway, they were interviewing the gods, showing clips from their tour and announced their new video... .Rational Gaze. After the orgasme peaks, I crawl to my TV in pure awe, assuming a "kneeling Christ" position with my arms out...

This was by far the BEST music video I have seen in years, (Or since I saw Fear Factory's Replica video).

I command all of you to do your best to find and download this visual masterpeice... And if possible post a link. I'll do my best to hunt it down on mirc somewhere and i'll host it on my site for the community.

GO FORTH AND SEEK!

Alright, finally a Meshuggah community! My 2nd fav band of all times deserves much more than this, but it's a start.

How many times have you all seen mesh? what is the farthest you have travelled to see them? and what is the farthest WILLING to travel?

- I've seen mesh 3 times so far, twice on the SYL tour last month (I drove to Jersey, and went to BBkings in NYC)
- I saw mesh last year when they played an off ozzfest date with System of a down (bleh) I payed 40$, came in, saw meshuggah play for 20 min, gave a big middle finger to the rest of the bands, and left.
- I'm willing to drive about 3-4hours to see mesh play a decent set. It's worth it!.

Also, here are the 2 things I managed to get from seeing Mesh last time.

New here

I saw Meshuggah in New York last month, and I noticed that Fredrik played and Ibanez 7-string almost the whole time, while Marten played his Nevborn 8 string most of the time; also, they had Peter or Gustav (dunno which) playing bass. I thought this a bit odd; does anyone know why they weren't just both playing 8 strings?

This community is shifting gears

As of today, I've decided that this community will be used in glorification of the swedish death metal band Meshuggah. For those who are already in the community, assuming you like Meshuggah, I hope you'll stay to get things started.

Plus the community is named for a Meshuggah song, so changing the community isnt really a stretch. \m/ \m/
